It varies per client, and we do not have a state recorded for all of them. The status page lists the ones we watch and what we last saw. Any provider promising permanent safety is lying to you.

Is a spoofer included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A hardware spoofer ships with every license. Run it before the loader to clean your HWID. No separate purchase.

Where this stops

It clears the fingerprint a ban attaches to. It does not hide the client while it runs, and it will not bring back an account that is already gone.

How does the license reach me?

Accepted Answer

Your key is emailed to the address on your order the moment your payment clears. If it has not arrived, check spam, then collect it at /claim with that same email and the order reference from your receipt. Support can hand it over if neither works.

Where this stops

Nothing appears in the member console on its own. A key belongs to an account only once you redeem it at registration.

What is HWID, and can I rebind it?

Your license binds to your hardware, so it only runs on your machine. Changed a part? Rebinding is something we do for you: open a ticket naming the new machine and we move it. The binding sits on your loader account rather than one key, so moving it moves every key on that account.

Where this stops

There is no self-serve reset, no monthly allowance and no cooldown timer. If you change hardware often, that is a real cost of running this.

Can I extend an active license?

Buy any license and redeem it from the portal. The time you have left is kept and the new plan stacks on top of it.

Where this stops

Nothing renews itself. There is no recurring charge, and no mail goes out when a plan is close to running out.

What are the refund terms?

Accepted Answer

12 hours from purchase, against a valid reason: an unused license, or a fault we verify and cannot resolve. Changing your mind is not covered. The Refund Policy page carries the full terms.

Where this stops

Open a ticket first. Going to your bank instead bans the account and forfeits the license, and a ticket settles it faster in any case.

How is payment handled?

Checkout is hosted off-site, so card details go to the processor and never reach our servers.

Where this stops

It also means we cannot see a declined card, or fix one. A payment that fails sits between you and the processor, and we have nothing to look at.

Is an account required?

Accepted Answer

You need one, and the key comes first: registration asks for a license key. Use an address you can open, because a six-digit code goes there and your license stays locked until you enter it. Licenses, downloads and support then live in the member console, and you can turn on two-factor there.

Two-factor guards the sign-in and nothing beyond it, because there is no member-facing license action for it to stand in front of.
