1. Eligibility

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for your account credentials and for enabling two-factor authentication.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or license keys.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Licenses

• Licenses are personal, non-transferable, and bound to your hardware (HWID).
• License duration begins at activation and is subject to your chosen plan.
• We may update, patch, or temporarily take products offline for maintenance.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the software or keys.
• Do not abuse HWID resets, chargebacks, or support.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose in your jurisdiction.

5. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, hooked.ac is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the portal.
