Terms of Service

By creating an account or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use hooked.ac.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for your account credentials. Two-factor authentication is optional and we recommend it.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or license keys.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Licenses

  • Licenses are personal, non-transferable, and bound to your hardware (HWID).
  • License duration begins at activation and is subject to your chosen plan.
  • We may update, patch, or temporarily take products offline for maintenance.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the software or keys.
  • Do not abuse HWID resets, chargebacks, or support.
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose in your jurisdiction.

5. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout. Checkout is operated by SellStein; what you enter there is handled under their terms, and we receive only the order details described in our Privacy Policy. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Your account and your data

  • You can export everything on your account as a JSON file from Account settings, immediately and without asking anyone.
  • Account deletion is handled by hand: email business@hooked.ac from the address on your account. The Privacy Policy sets out what deletion does and does not reach; your licence key and loader (KeyAuth) account live in a separate system and are not touched unless you ask for that too.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, hooked.ac is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes bump the version shown at the top of this page, and the version you agreed to is recorded with your account.
