Your key is emailed to the address on your order the moment your payment clears. If it has not arrived, check spam, then collect it at /claim with that same email and the order reference from your receipt. Support can hand it over if neither works.

On the receipt the checkout emailed you, and on the confirmation screen right after payment.

Paid but nothing matches? Reach us on Discord or at support@hooked.ac with your order reference, and we hand the key over.
