Thanks — now here's what actually happens

If your payment went through, SellStein has told us about it and the order is recorded on our side. Your key is issued by a person, not automatically — nothing on hooked.ac mints a key when a payment lands, and we do not send email at all yet. So there is nothing to refresh and no inbox to watch: we come to you.

The order reference on it is how we match a payment to a person. It is the one thing worth having in front of you when you message us.

Reach us

Support tickets live inside the member portal, and you cannot get an account until you have a key — registration asks for one. So until your key arrives, these two are the routes that work:

Once you have your key

Create your account with the key at /register. That activates it on your loader account and opens the portal: time left, HWID, downloads and support tickets. If you already have an account, redeem the key from My Keys instead and its time stacks onto what you already hold.

Something wrong with the order? Talk to us before your bank — a chargeback bans the account and forfeits the licence, and it is the slower way to get your money back. The refund policy says who is eligible and how to ask.
